On the morning of 02/16/22 at approximately 4:30 a.m., Lake County deputies responded to a report of a shooting at 804 Montclair Road in Leesburg. Upon their arrival, one subject was found injured on the front porch of the home and at least one person, at this point, has been found deceased inside the home.
The injured subject was transported to UF Health Leesburg where he was later pronounced deceased.
Anyone with information concerning this incident is asked to call the Sheriff’s Office, or Central Florida CRIMELINE at 1-800-423-TIPS. In order to be eligible for a cash reward, the tip must be submitted through CRIMELINE.
The identities of the subjects are not available at this time. The investigation is ongoing and no further information is available.
