LADY LAKE – The Town of Lady Lake proudly announces the launch of its redesigned website, www.ladylakefl.gov, representing a significant step forward in bolstering community engagement and providing seamless access to services and information. The adoption of the .gov domain underscores the Town’s commitment to security, reassuring residents that the website serves as the official outlet for municipal business.

Powered by the Civic Plus platform, the website uses modern technology with a focus on accessibility to cater to the diverse needs of residents to access information from any device.

Designed with user convenience in mind, www.ladylakefl.gov streamlines navigation, reducing complexity and ensuring a personalized browsing experience. The site’s objective is to increase customer satisfaction by minimizing clicks and eliminating confusion.

The website also includes a new Lady Lake Police Department page, with comprehensive information about its divisions, services and ongoing recruitment efforts.

Key features of the revamped website include:

  • Agendas and Minutes: Easily accessible with the option to subscribe via email.
  • Comprehensive Calendar: Stay informed about upcoming Library and Parks events.
  • Police and Town News Alerts: Receive timely notifications directly to your inbox.
  • Emergency Alerts: Stay prepared with real-time alerts via phone, email, or text.
  • Online Bill Payment: Conveniently manage payments from anywhere.
  • Job Applications: Apply for job opportunities online.
  • Digital Forms: Access essential applications with ease.

This initiative aligns with Town Manager Bill Lawrence’s vision of fostering open communication and transparency since his tenure began in 2021, reinforcing the Town’s commitment to public outreach. The execution of this project is a collaborative effort of the Communications Department, working closely with Information Technology and the Clerk’s Office.

To ensure a seamless transition, visitors are encouraged to bookmark the new URL, www.ladylakefl.gov, and share feedback or suggestions via email at hello@ladylake.org.
