Lady Lake invites local organizations to sponsor annual Easter Eggstravaganza Egg Hunt

LADY LAKE – The Town of Lady Lake is excited to announce the call for local civic groups, businesses and faith-based organizations to sponsor booths for the upcoming annual Easter Eggstravaganza Egg Hunt, scheduled for Saturday, March 23.

This popular community event will take place from 10 a.m. to noon at a new location this year – among the oaks and palm trees at Snooky Park, located at 120 W. Lady Lake Blvd.

Sponsor participants are invited to contribute their time, a kids’ game, and candy as their fee for being part of this family-friendly event. The Easter Eggstravaganza aims to bring joy to approximately 1,500 children, making it a fantastic opportunity for local organizations to engage with the community. Creativity is encouraged, and sponsors are asked to make their games easy to maintain, considering the large number of children expected over the two-hour event.

Sponsor participants are welcome to display banners with their business information and distribute literature, creating a valuable, low-cost advertising opportunity. However, the primary focus should remain on the children, fostering a positive and community-oriented atmosphere. It’s important to note that sponsor participants are not permitted to sell products at the event.

A limited number of tables are available for use, and organizers ask sponsors without tables to notify them in advance. For those interested in participating or seeking additional information, contact Lady Lake Parks & Recreation Events Coordinator Amy Alicea at 352-205-2826 or AAlicea@Ladylake.org. Act quickly to secure your spot and be part of this annual community celebration.
