The Ocala Art Group (OAG), established in 1950, remains the oldest group of its kind in Central Florida. Recently the OAG has been fine-tuned and will continue to preserve the freedom of artistic expression in Ocala and the surrounding area.
Our members extend their desire for artists of all levels in and around Ocala to join us in the new and revised Ocala Art Group.
You are invited to attend our next meeting that will be held at the Ocala Public Library, 2720 E. Silver Springs Blvd., Conference Room B, Ocala, FL 34470. The meeting will be held on Wednesday, June 13th at 11 a.m.
This month’s program will be a historical presentation focusing on the Dutch Post-Impressionist artist, Vincent Willem van Gogh. An accomplished artist from Palatka, Ms. Terry Luke, will be the featured speaker. Those attending will be given the opportunity to ask questions and learn more about this famous painter and his works of art.
