April has lived and worked in this community since 1987 and began her career in banking, as a part time teller at Barnett Bank in 1995. Over the last 23 years she has worked her way through the ranks of banking, holding many positions and learning about this wonderful community. The past 23 years prepared her for the job as Executive Director of the Boys & Girls Club of Marion County. The mission of the Boys & Girls Club is to enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens.
April says “This is an exciting step in my career. It will allow me to utilize the skills I have gained in my banking career to guide the Boys & Girls Club to the next level. It is our goal to make a difference in the life of every young person who enters our doors.
