Dear Neighbor,
It was another busy week in Florida’s Third District!
From meeting with business leaders in Lake City to sitting down with seniors and veterans in Ocala, I heard firsthand about the challenges facing our communities and the opportunities ahead. We discussed creating good-paying jobs, lowering costs, protecting Social Security and Medicare, and making sure Washington works for the people it serves.
The best solutions start with listening to the folks back home. These conversations drive my work in Congress, and I’ll keep taking your priorities straight to Washington to fight for commonsense solutions and make sure North Central Florida has a seat at the table.
As always, thank you for the trust you place in me to serve as your voice in Washington. It’s the honor of my life to represent North Central Florida, and I’ll keep fighting to deliver real results for our communities!

I joined the Florida Gateway Chamber in Lake City for their Legislative Breakfast to discuss creating good-paying jobs, cutting red tape, strengthening our workforce, and growing North Central Florida’s economy.
I also highlighted some important developments for our district, including $3 million for Florida Gateway College to expand skilled trades training and $39.3 million for Columbia and Suwannee County water infrastructure in the House-passed Water Resources Development Act. These efforts are all about helping local businesses grow, preparing the next generation of skilled workers, and giving our communities the infrastructure they need to succeed.
Thank you to Joey O’Hern and the Florida Gateway Chamber for bringing our community leaders together. I’ll continue working to turn local priorities into real results for North Central Florida!

Standing Up for Local Seniors and Veterans
It was great to join members of the Association of Mature American Citizens (AMAC) and local veterans at VFW Post 4209 in Ocala for an important conversation about the issues facing our communities.
From election integrity and protecting Social Security and Medicare to lowering costs and improving healthcare, we discussed the priorities that matter most to seniors, veterans, and hardworking families across North Central Florida.
Our seniors and veterans have earned the benefits they were promised. I’ll keep bringing their voices to Washington and fighting to protect what they’ve earned.

Friday Night Lights and a Historic Season for Columbia High School!
Nothing beats Friday night football in Florida’s Third! It was great to see the Suwannee Bulldogs and Columbia Tigers face off in a classic North Central Florida rivalry.
This year was especially exciting for Columbia High School, as the Tigers finished their first perfect regular season since 1997! I couldn’t be prouder of these young athletes and their coaches for the hard work, dedication, and determination it took to reach this milestone. What an incredible accomplishment for the entire Columbia community!
Thank you to both teams for representing our district so well and giving our communities another great Friday night under the lights. Congratulations to the Columbia Tigers on a historic season!

I joined Kyra Phillips on ABC News to discuss Republicans’ priorities in Congress and our focus on delivering results for the American people.
Americans want lower costs, better healthcare, and accountability in Washington. Republicans are focused on getting the job done by cutting red tape and strengthening our economy. We need to make life more affordable for hardworking families and create more opportunities for Americans to get ahead.
The American people want results. It’s time to get back to Washington and deliver.
