The Sunset Songs Series invites you to enjoy free monthly concerts from 7 to 9 p.m. at Citizens’ Circle in Downtown Ocala. As the sun goes down, this welcoming outdoor space fills with an exciting mix of funk, blues, reggae, country, jazz, indie, Americana, and more—featuring professionally touring and emerging artists from across the region.

Now entering its third season, the series offers a curated lineup of six concerts designed to increase community engagement with the arts, draw residents and visitors into the downtown district, and support local businesses through added foot traffic. Each performance brings fresh sounds and high‑quality musicianship, creating a relaxed atmosphere perfect for winding down and enjoying the evening.

Make it a full night out by arriving early for dinner at one of Downtown Ocala’s many fantastic restaurants. For added convenience, food trucks will be on‑site during the concerts, along with alcoholic beverages available for purchase. Bring a chair, invite your friends, and settle in for a laid‑back evening of live music under the open sky.

Free and open to all, the Sunset Songs Series continues to cultivate a long‑term culture of music, diversity, and shared experiences in the heart of Ocala.

Food Vendors

Interested in becoming a food vendor for the Sunset Songs Series? The City is now accepting applications from food and snack trucks to participate in this season’s concerts at Citizens’ Circle. We aim to feature one to two trucks per concert, offering a diverse mix of flavors and cuisine throughout the series. Please note that only trucks or trailers are eligible—tent vendors are not permitted.

Applications are reviewed on a continuous, rolling basis, and there is no formal deadline. Spots will remain open until they are filled. The vending fee is $50 per concert night.
