Are you looking for a low-impact but effective workout class? Well, Forever Young Aerobics classes are for you. This class is designed for active adults who focus on aerobics conditioning, strengthening, and increased flexibility while grooving’ to some of your favorite classic tunes! All routines are performed in a chair for LOW IMPACT movement.
