Wetland Excursion
9:00 AM – 12:00 PM Flat Island Preserve in Leesburg
Join us for a fast paced, guided hike at Flat Island Preserve to explore the diverse ecosystems within the Preserve, including the plants and animals. The Office of Parks & Trails manages the County’s parks and paved trails, conservation lands, boat ramps, and Blueway trails. These spaces give residents and visitors the opportunity to enjoy time outdoors as well as activities like cycling, hiking, bird-watching, and boating.
