My question this month is who gave the bank permission to charge me

more money on my mortgage note to raise the insurance rates? Who gave the Insurance companies permission to charge more money on my mortgage? Suppose I just want to insure the amount of my note only!

As I see it my mortgage insurance started out with me having to insure to cover the Home loan when I borrowed to build my house? I gave no permission for the county to keep raising the value on my house, I did not give permission when the insurance company raised the price on the insurance base on replacement value INCASE SOMETHING HAPPENS? What if it don’t? Suppose I don’t want to replace the house? What if my house was destroyed by a tornado? It would be up to me if I wanted to live in a camper as long as the bank note was paid? They just did it! I don’t blame the local mortgage companies they don’t want to buck the big corporate banker and large insurance company’s. They just went along with what was going on. What the county is doing is raising the value of our houses based on the revenue they want to run the county, instead of cutting taxes they are raising taxes!  They raise it to the  amount of the revenue they think they need! The insurance companies have us over the barrel, they raise it minimum $100 per month every year! The last three years it went up $3600. Some think it’s about making a deal. IT’s NOT! It’s about making friends to do business with. I try to do business with people not businesses. The people you choose to represent you need to be real. Genuinely care about you and be a good listener, remember what they say and make note after you get back to your car. Remember their birthday, mention their wife / husband / children. Try to have a welcome package for new comers.

Prompt them to call if they need anything. They will become a real friend. They will also prefer to do business with a friend so really be their friend.

People prefer to do business with friends. They might ask for a discount be ready and say “I can ask?” OR “Do you want my boss to call you to discuss it?”

REFERRALS is where it is at. It opens a conversation with a stranger and makes them and you feel more comfortable. Be friendly, make friends, always be happy. Through away the negative attitude, you will feel better and do more business!

Note: the CEP Ocala Chamber with CEO Matt McCormick is very good at the art of networking. They make friend right away!  I never hear a negative conversation, it is all positive and where they are doing next!

I heard a quote that an Iranian woman made about the war. If you are humiliated and you die it ends the humiliation, if you don’t die you have to deal with it for the rest of your life! Marion County and all the other counties have a problem with the County Commissioners raising the taxes. Understand this, they can’t be on the cutting edge without money. They need to charge Impact fees and raise the money they need that way. The way they’re doing it is giving the greedy Mortgage Insurance Company’s an excuse to c charge higher Mortgage Insurance  rates! Some have thrippled in three years!

So don’t blame the Marion County Commissioners for wanting to be on the cutting edge but buyers are not stupid, they are going places that don ’t have that problem. So I like the County Commissioners that are in there now. They just need another tool to raise money!

MISSING PEOPLE?

Conspiracy theories are flying around. I don’t think it is a fact that UFO’s have anything to do with. This is a way of having the blame put on someone else that is a pie in the sky. In the past the Democrats have used people and used people until they have rebelled. The Democrats took advantage Bernie Sanders in last years. He had a pretty big base of voters but not enough to win so the Democrats told him to throw in with them and look to the future. Bernie did that many times and each time he learned not to trust the Democrats. He got support from Foreign countries and came up with the idea of using the Democratic Party to further his cause. He invented the Democratic Socialism Brand, he is smart enough to realize Socialism does not work. There are shells of countries that were once healthy and rich are no cesspools, crime ridden starving people that get taken over by their enemies. If the Communist no longer have a need for them and they are in financial trouble they pull their resources.

If the people look a t Mamdani has already going back on his promises. He is delaying most of his projects until maybe Democrats might come into power. The delay tactics are being used all around, look at Iran!

We need to make every person that comes to America to visit or work, or go to college take an Oath to America. If they break the Oath they go to jail. Most of the forigner that are in jail here in America get treated better than the country they came from. Look at ZZIran Hanging people. Tell the Iranian people to keep, track of those who are doing the hanging because their time is coming!

Many years ago there a water study done by a hydrologist out of Orlando. He had a one of a kind machine he had personally invented, that could tell you what was going on down in then aquifers. He studied the whole area. I Florida water run south under ground. It has three aquifers upper middle and deep one. The hydrologist conclude  there was no middle Aquifer in Sumter County, which is not good for normal water storage and could not supplying a large Development. He explain that is why there are so many sinkholes in the area. The water when it tries to regenerate itself with a good rain the water rush from the upper straight to the deep aquifer taking ground and rocks and what6 ever is in the way. Wala sinkhole!

The claim got disputed and the hydrologist left the area, I heard he left the business and sold his Hydrology machine to some big company. The development continued sprawling across the counties at a rapid rate. Continue reading →

I think re-dedicating our County to God is the best thing I have heard in years. We need to be thankful to our forefathers who set our country up with God as our savior. What ever god you believe in please continue. Local ministers preach accept God as your savior, putting in a frame work of our whole country doing it is epic! Dedicate your life. I would like to thank our Veterans for fighting to keep our heritage. The visitors in our country Illegals need to go Home to their own country instead of trying to change our country by rioting. Communism should not be allowed here. ATHEIST GO HOME, WE ARE OFFERING TO PAY YOUR WAY!

I am so discussed with the last two administrations Obama and Biden. Everyone is racing to our country because they like what they see, FREE EVERYTHING we need to change it. That is just like now people moving out of states because they elected sorry managers and now they will settle here and try to change us to what they were. I wrote about the COVID cover up during Obama’s first term. That is why I became a Republican. I research all the information on the internet. Here is my recollection.

Fauci was put in charge of COVID research by Obama  who agreed to send money to WAHAN Lab for research in China. The decided to send it to a church, the church would later change thier name. The money would go through them to the Lab! Do the Democrats really hate the American people? I don’t think so, but they are being made out to be fools by the communist party! Bernie Sanders to be more exact! Him, the squad which he created  and some very wealthy people are influencing young ambitious college students / politicians and out of the country effluence that Democratic Communism is the way to go. Here is what will happen…They tax the rich, the rich move away to Florida or Texas. Florida become wealthier and the poor get poorer. NY has to pay their own taxes. The Democrats that remember what they stood for just a few years ago are saying please go back to the middle! They need to take it back to the middle, is it to late, the only thing they can do is go independent or change to a different thinking! I don’t think that is going to happen. They have allowed the Communist to take over their party.Killing someone is not the answer. It will not change the actions of the Republican Party!

Buuuut the Republicans have the vote but people like Ran Paul can’t agree with anything, because they want to control or run the country, so they obstruct putting something in the way of progress. I don’t care if you don’t like the way Trump talks he is your president elected by the people you represent! The only way America can be great and stay great is UNITED & Stay UNITED!
