I Had a Dream! Not I have a dream! I had a dream about what is going on in the world and our country.

Remember the song “Just a Dream / Just a dream. All our Plans and all our Schemes??????

The way the dream started was right after the Trump verdict I could not sleep. I sat down in my recliner that night with Fox News on slept and woke up every once in a while and it seemed the news was part of my dream. Scholars and legal analyst came from everywhere saying the trial was not real, maybe it was just a dream. Mine was a dream! So what comes next? Do they finish crucifying him, or do they want to drag him through the streets of New York some more. Do they want to lock him away out of hearing and out of sight. I think the cause would just keep growing!

Well that happened to me. Once up on a time there was a man who loved his Coun Continue reading

Memorial Day at the Veterans Park in downtown Ocala. This photo is a solider setting up the wreath  In honor of the fallen.  Our deadline held us back from having photo’s in our June issue but we have plenty in the July issue. CKJ-13 Kay Johnson went out and took pictures for us and it made me feel like I was almost there. Many of the World War two veterans were attending and showing support their brothers in arms. Honoring those who did not come home, and remembering. A lot of Vietnam veterans were honored. I saw photos of Howard who we honored on our front page last month. He had just turned 100. Many County, state and federal representative were in attendance. I was pleased to see them there. We have more photos on pages 6 & 7 in this issue. Share our digital newspaper with your friends. We are as close as your smart phone.

I can hear the rumblings on the streets. The “left” has thrown everything they have, then I hear Rumblings “Trump is coming” and the people are coming with him. That is the important part. When he brings the masses with him as he has been doing, we can make him President  and swear him in and he can fire Joe.

Our inflation is up beyond what we can endure and still he prints money and tries to buy votes with it! Unless the left pulls something shady and gets away with it. The people will still follow him. He is not always a goody goody but he gets things done that we need done. Not aways the way we want it done but completed. It will be a super challenge to him to undue the damage but he and the people can fix it! To Trump … Hire the right loyal  people to and clean up this mess, we know you can do it!

TRUMP IS COMING I hear the rumbling on the street, so VOTE FOR HIM if you want us to prosper in 2025. I want my Son’s to prosper and their children to prosper. THE LOURY FARM!

Be an American, have faith, pray and vote.

OCALA, Fla. (AP) — The Florida Highway Patrol has arrested the driver of a pickup truck that crashed into a farmworker bus early Tuesday, killing eight, on charges of driving under the influence-manslaughter.

Bryan Maclean Howard, 41, faces eight counts of DUI-Manslaughter, the FHP said in a statement. No further details were released, including what substance allegedly left Howard impaired.

Troopers said he was driving the 2001 Ford Ranger when it crossed into the center line on State Road 40, a straight but somewhat hilly two-lane road that passes through horse farms. The truck sideswiped the bus, causing it to veer off the road at about 6:40 a.m. It crashed through a fence and into a tree before overturning. In addition to the eight killed, at least 40 were injured.

Meet Sassy she is a 16 year old miniature horse, she is certified. She came to our house in 2020 after losing our Golden Retriever.   We started taking her on walks to different places. Each time, people would stop us to pet her and ask questions. That’s when I decided to get her certified as a therapy animal. She was certified in September, 2023 by Pet Partners. After that she started making her visits and putting smiles on the faces of many people. More photos on page 6 by CKJ-13 Kay Johnson.

Howard Mautner is one of the oldest living Veterans. He just turned 100 and a celebration was held to honor him on his birthday. Howard is also a big supporter of the Veterans Park and all veterans as well. He served in World War II from 1942 to 1945. He was in the US ARMY AIR CORPS SSGT. “Thank You for your service Howard and we hope you live another 100 yrs”. I heard some personal story about World War II and it was not a sight you would want to see. Many lives lost, many soldiers came home with wound that effect them for the rest of their lives, but they were lucky to come home. I heard a few stories from my father-in-Law who would have been about Howard age. Average men who became hero’s! Thank You for your Service. Many Marion County Officials attended and thanked him!
