OCALA, Fla.-If you have cancer, diabetes, heart disease, lung disease, or a chronic or underlying health condition, you are at a higher risk for more severe illness if you contract COVID-19. This means it’s important to pay extra attention to your health needs right now.
Cancer
If you have cancer now or had cancer in the past, you may need to take special steps to protect your health. This is especially important for cancer patients who are treated with chemotherapy. They are more likely to get an infection because chemotherapy can weaken the immune system, and for the same reason, the infection may be more severe. To take care of your health:
– Before going into your appointments for cancer treatment, ask your doctor how you can help protect yourself from catching COVID-19.
– Check if any oral medications that you are taking can be sent directly to you so that you don’t have to go to the pharmacy or clinic.
– Ask your doctor if there are other things that you can do to isolate yourself from others.
Diabetes
When people with diabetes don’t manage their blood sugar levels well, they can have more trouble fighting off illnesses like COVID-19. Because of this, people with poorly controlled diabetes are more likely to become very ill or die if they get COVID-19. If you have diabetes:
– Ask your doctor how often you should check your blood sugar and what your target blood sugar levels should be. Keep records of your results.
– Recognize the signs of high or low blood sugar and make sure you know what to do about it. Monitor your feet, skin and eyes to catch problems early.
– Take your medication on time as directed. Continue reading
Our flag is at half-staff to mourn the loss of our fellow Americans that lost their lives from the Coronavirus. We mourn the loss of our first responders, doctors, nurses and medical team members that died trying to save lives. We pray for the Medical team members trying to save lives. We pray for our president to make the right choices to save the people of this great country. It is very hard to fight an invisible enemy, but we will win and we will find out where it came from and make them pay!

My wife Angie will tell you that I study history and world events fluently every day. I have studied China for many years. To get answers I need to questions, I call many I know in Washington on Capitol Hill (from my tenure on two Presidential campaigns and Presidential talks) and I ask them for straight up answers to better understand what affects us as a nation.
Well, in 2016 America elected a new Sheriff: Donald J Trump. For decades the Chinese walked all over America but the new President said “not anymore”. Trump literally strangled China’s economy to the point their economy was in its worst free fall ever. Trump negotiated a new 50 billion trade agreement. He had Xi by the proverbial (You know What’s). America’s economy was on fire and unstoppable. President Xi Jingping knew he could not beat the USA militarily and he knew any domesticated economic attack would fail as our economy was too strong. He had to act. But how?
Enter the USA democrats led by Pelosi and Schiff. Impeachment. A hoax. A distraction for our people and President. Xi Jingping and his thugs see this. They aren’t stupid.
They have very intelligent intellectual thinkers in their government. Now you must understand , the Chinese regime are truly Barbarians. Notice I did not say ALL CHINESE. The Chinese people are a good people. I enjoy my interactions with them. Continue reading

Unemployment access is almost impossible. I interviewed one person that started filing five days before any results in answering the questionnaire to receive unemployment. This person might be eligible time start two week from filing, time starts then two weeks pay, then file employment efforts every two weeks to receive a two week check.
It took every morning many filing effort, every afternoon many filling efforts and some nights when the website was not shut down. You would get 3 pages into the filing and everything would shut down. It took five days of many hours per day. Look at all the money the state saved!
Now the governor is replacing the man in charge who was a Rick Scott hold over. Was it his fault? It looks good on paper. The department of Management Services secretary Jonathan Satter will be in charge of the broken system. Let’s hope Jonathan can give Floridians new hope so they can pay some bills and buy some groceries. It’s way over a month into this job crash and people are desperate.
Late Breaking news: Governor DeSantis waved the two week review for collecting unemployment.
After reading each bill, remember we are in the middle of a Pandemic and that is why the budget was so important! To pass some relief bills for the sick and dying.
From the Newspaper Association!!!
This is how disingenuous our Congress really is!
$20,000,000,000 (Billion!!!) to the USPS (because, why not?)
$300,000,000 to the Endowment for the Arts (Ah, let’s do it! They’ll never know)
$300,000,000 for the Endowment for the Humanities (because, not that many people even knew that was a thing?)
$15,000,000 for Veterans Employment Training (for when the GI Bill isn’t enough)
$435,000,000 for mental health support (Man, oh man, thats a lot of suicide hotlines) Continue reading
Pictured is Lane hunting Easter Eggs with his Mother, Father, Grandmother and Grandfather. It was a 30 minute hunt and was rewarding for all. This family had plans for a big family reunion Easter dinner and an Easter Egg hunt with lots of children. Along came Coronavirus killing people, making people sick. I have one thing to say. Let’s remember what Easter stands for and I say no more.
