A GREAT GOVERNOR!

I Like Gov DeSantis!

Here we go.

Along comes Monoclonal Antibody

This Governor has not stop surprising  me. He wants to come up with solutions and give credit where credit was due. He noted that Trump bought all that the Monoclonal Antibody that the manufacturer had before he left office. It will be free to the public. That shows you how far ahead Trump is compared to Biden. He knew it would be important in the process of curing people with low Immune systems. The doctors treated Trump with Monoclonal Antibody’s when he contracted COVID-19. The hospitals in Marion County are using it.  Hope it comes to be available to the public in Marion County Soon. Continue reading

While summer is often a slower time for many businesses with people taking vacations and kids out of school, that is not the case at the CEP. If anything, this year the already crazy speed has gotten even faster. I would like to update you on a few recent awards and recognitions.

US News & World Reports Best Places List

The venerable US News & World Reports Annual “Best Places to Live” list was just released, and the Ocala Metro again placed very well. The list ranks the 150 largest metros in the nation on a series of data points and then provides ranking in several categories. For 2022, the Ocala Metro ranked: Continue reading

Dear Friends,

Thank you for taking the time out of your day to read this country undertaker’s column and for shouldering the responsibility of being an informed citizen that cares about what happens in this state and country.

Many different feelings strike me as we look around at what is happening in the world today, but the strongest feeling that keeps rising to the top…is gratefulness. Grateful that we still live in a country where we have an incredible amount of freedom. A few weeks ago, the world watched the situation unfold in Afghanistan (thanks to Joe Biden’s complete lack of competency) where we saw images of mothers throwing their children over barbed wire in hopes that some friendly troops might take them out of the country. We saw Afghan youths clinging to U.S. cargo planes as they took off, only to come crashing back to the earth when they found they could hold on no longer. Such disturbing images remind us that freedom is that dear and most days we have no idea how fortunate and blessed we are to live in America. Let us keep the people of Afghanistan in our prayers that they may one day enjoy the freedoms that we do in this country and let our spirit of gratefulness glorify our heavenly father. Is this the BIRTH OF DICTATORSHIP in the Good Old USA?

Apparently any President, Governor or Mayor can issue an Executive Order which cancels, voids and  over- rides the law. This goes all the way back to George Washington and every President since.

A recent example was the outgoing President, closing the border to Mexico, then the incoming President reversing that ban. And, after an invasion of over a million South Americans, he can change his mind again.

All this without any input or control by our elected representatives.

In fact, the Federal Register Act specifies that such orders need not be published if they had “no general applicability and legal effect.”, but it doesn’t say who makes that decision.

An executive order is supposed to limit the President to managing the Federal Government and should comply with laws passed by Congress and  with the Constitution. But, of course, a President can fire any government employee who doesn’t comply with his instructions, whether it’s best for the country or not. Continue reading

Picture one is taken across from CVS on 441 Lady Lake. The unauthorized camera black pole on left still there but Camera gone.

Picture two is taken on CR 25 near Grand Oaks Resort. The camera pole is still there on the left in the background, camera gone.

These pictures seem to solve the question “were the unauthorized cameras in Lady Lake”? The answer is yes the pictures show proof of it. The next questions is who did the installation’s, Flock Security  did! who where they surveilling, for what reason were they surveilling, did the Lady Lake Town Council know about it? The answer is no the Lady Lake Town Council did not know about it !

There seems to be a lot of confusion about the camera’s and how they got authorized to be installed. They were not authorized by the Lake County Commission. I first heard about these cameras by a resident in Lady Lake. They said they have seen them all over. I probe and looked around for more sources of information. I started asking questions. I ran into many dead ends. Most residents did not know what they were for or who put them there. Continue reading

The Biden Administration is sanctioning a safe house’s for ILLEGAL’s in the USA, probably many!

ILLEGAL SAFE HOUSE is in the former Homewood Suites in Scottsdale, Arizona.

The Hotel is on lock down and is guarded by LES Officers, LES is Law Enforcement Services hired for the job along with some ICE agent’s. It has a cloak of mystery over and around it. No one is permitted to answer question but several good reporters got a few answers. It is interesting that they would pick a entire hotel and hire a food service to come in to feed them. Guess whom is paying for it. Some say it is a strategy to increase the population in curtain states and curtain voting districts to increase the amount of representative that are aloud. Shifting people and moving boundary’s on voting blocks have been going on for years. In fact it has been done here locally.

The way this was found out was by a tip that was given to a reporter, the right reporter who followed up and printed the truth. I thought it worth sharing because of the seriousness of the matter. THE VOTING BLOCKS! Continue reading

Pictured are the two candidates. Mayor Quinn on left and Manual Fakhoury right. They both spoke at the Ocala Business Leaders Family breakfast meeting August 11th. They both stood on their past records.

Incumbent Mayor Kent Quinn spoke standing on his record. He as he called it, when speaking he wings it! But as he was winging it a lot of good information came out. One of the big things is voting against a Pavilion for the Homeless. Quinn said the Homeless are in two category. Those who want to be homeless. A lot of crime comes from this group. Also their is a group that don’t want to be there. They want to get a job and work their way out of the homeless situation. Quinn also share some long range plans. He reported that he and Chief Balken had discuss the policing needs of the city and they propose it to City Council, it is up to them to vote for the finance needs. Quinn is also on the State Board of Directors for the past 19 years of the CHS which is the Children’s Home Society, it’s over a hundred years old and is the largest private not for profit child welfare agency in the state of Florida.
