Owner Pat McBride is excited to bring this new business to your doorstep. “We launched our business just before Independence Day, which is so perfect, because we love this country and the opportunities it provides to everyone,” McBride said. “I grew up in inner-city Philadelphia. We were at the bottom of the economic ladder, but I never felt poor. Instead of feeling at a disadvantage, I looked around and saw opportunities.”
After serving in the US Air Force for two terms, Pat McBride moved to Central Florida in 1982 with his wife and young kids, and the American Dream in his heart. He has been a private employee, a government employee, and a business owner, and feels passionately that the lessons he learned as a kid are still applicable today as he hits retirement age: do things the right way even if no one is looking, respect your elders, value education, give back to your community, and most of all work hard at anything you do in life.
“I’ve applied all those philosophies to the environment at Fair Way Golf,” McBride said. “Our employees work hard, we treat out customers the right way, and we give back to our local community.”
