This morning I saw a neighbor talking to her dog. It was obvious she thought her dog understood her. I came into my house & told my cat. We had a good laughed.

Poor Children of every color picked cotton. Open a book and read about the cotton plantations. Children worked in the cotton fields all day barefooted and they were of all colors white, black, all minority’s. Everyone worked to get the job done!

There is 5,615 projected coal powered plants in just 8 countries,
USA currently has 15 – building 0 in future…Total 15. Who said we can save the world by closing our Coal Plants? How much did the Taxpayers pay to do the studies and come to this conclusions?

If you remember I printed the China threat, all about the college students and the infiltration into science projects and our political system. Why did I know about it over a year ago and some of our top people did not??? Or did they ignore it?

COVID-19 & the Healthcare Department…I think our local Healthcare Department has done a great job informing the public on the daily challenges of our local COVID problems. I get a daily press release and I try to share it on our websites and in our newspapers.
The newspaper business has become very challenging. The government is shutting down businesses and that is where we get our revenue and distribute our papers along with our home delivery. The mail has become impossible to afford for small papers. Many of my friends with small papers have closed their print operation side and have gone straight website. Some of the large circulation papers can go down very fast if they don’t have back up revenue. I know of two papers that were mailing 1,000,000 papers a week. I don’t they are doing that many any more.
The newspapers that serve a Community can survive if the community supports them.
Support your local newspaper it is there for you and it is not easy to bring it to you.
Last but not least…I eat out frequently and have been cutting back of course, but I have noticed the deterioration of a few in quality. Please don’t cheapen your product, hold your standards up, demand perfection from your chefs and waitresses, they are your front line. I have had shrimp screwers with the shrimp half the size that they were and cost more, I have been served dried up hamburgers and believe me I complain, I even had a waitress ask if my meal was tolerable. Please look every day at the quality of your product.
